The rates below went into effect on September 15, 2023 in accordance with city ordinances 1909 (water) and 1910 (wastewater), and as a response to our petition were rescinded on December 13, 2023 via ordinances 1920 and 1921, i.e., the "old" out-of-city rates remained in place for another year. The city issued another rate change in September 2024 via ordinances 1950 (water) and 1953 (wastewater), and increased rates for in-city ratepayers while retaining the old rate for the out-of-city ratepayers for another year.
