These rates below went into effect on September 15, 2023, and were copied from city ordinances 1909 (water) and 1910 (wastewater). The "new" out-of-city rates were rescinded on December 13, 2023 via ordinances 1920 and 1921, i.e., the "old" out-of-city rates remain in place until another rate change is adopted.
